Hard surfaces don't fail overnight - they wear, stain and crack over time. Sealing creates a protective layer that resists oil, dirt, water and UV, slowing the whole cycle. When surfaces are already past that point, restoration brings them back: crack repair, resurfacing, stain treatment, then a seal to lock it in.
